Lucrezia joined TFN in 2026 and supports clients across the transition economy, with a focus on fundraising, financial advisory, investment analysis and ESG-integrated strategy. Her work combines private equity execution experience with a strong interest in sustainable and impact-driven business models, particularly across sectors such as agri-food, clean manufacturing, recycling and healthcare. 

Before joining TFN, Lucrezia worked in the Small Cap Investment Team at LBO France, where she was involved in end-to-end acquisition processes, financial modelling, due diligence coordination, debt structuring and investment committee materials. During her time there, she supported financial, business and legal due diligence across multiple SMEs and contributed to fundraising workstreams, investor materials and ESG-focused investment theses. 

Lucrezia also gained transition finance and strategic advisory experience through Maas Impact Ventures, where she led fund consulting and startup advisory work, and through Signet Ingrediens, where she supported fund strategy, sustainable agriculture financing and M&A analyses across emerging markets. 

Lucrezia holds an International Full-Time MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, with a focus on Finance & Sustainability, as well as an MSc in International Relations from LUISS University and a BA in Political Science & International Studies from the University of Florence.
