Lara joined TFN in 2026 and supports clients on fundraising, strategy development and financial advisory. 

Before joining TFN, Lara worked at Systemiq, supporting a diverse range of clients globally across nature, energy, the built environment, and the circular economy. Her work spanned strategy development and market analysis, as well as designing financial structures and building the evidence and narratives needed to unlock and scale investment. Through this experience, she developed a strong understanding of climate and sustainable finance, investment strategies, and market development. 

Lara has also developed expertise in designing and implementing innovative financial mechanisms through her work at Consulting for Sustainable Solutions, with a particular focus on mobilising investment across the energy, infrastructure, and housing sectors. 

Outside of work, Lara enjoys running and cycling. 

Lara is based in Amsterdam.
