Melissa joined TFN in 2023 and has been involved in numerous projects at TFN, ranging from pitch deck development, fundraising, and international expansion analyses across a range of clients across the renewable energy sector. Specific projects include in-depth analysis of the U.S. grant funding landscape for a sustainable materials company, investment narrative development for battery clients, and consumer behavioural analysis for an EV company.

She brings nearly a decade of experience in M&A and corporate development, with expertise in due diligence and market research. Prior to TFN, Melissa spent her career in New York City, working at Accenture on international deals and acquisitions across industries such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, security, and utilities. Additionally, she has experience working with tech and product teams from her time under Recruit Holdings, where she was responsible for M&A, new business generation, and economic forecasting for Indeed and Glassdoor.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Melissa’s interests include cycling, analogue photography, and urbanism.

Melissa is based in Amsterdam.
