Lluís joined TFN in 2025 and has since supported clients across a range of verticals, including solar development, battery systems, and emerging energy technologies. His work spans financial and strategic advisory, from assessing international expansion opportunities to supporting clients in preparing for equity and debt fundraisings. 

Before joining TFN, Lluís worked in the Deals division of PwC in Madrid and Barcelona, where he gained broad exposure to the full financial advisory lifecycle. He developed expertise in market analysis, business model assessment, valuation, and transaction execution across Strategy Consulting, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, and Financial Due Diligence divisions. His experience includes advising listed utilities, private equity firms, and infrastructure players on M&A strategies, market entry, and large-scale transaction processes.  

 Lluís holds an MSc in Finance from ESADE Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). He has passed CFA Levels I and II. 

Outside of work, he enjoys skiing the Pyrenees and is a strong meteorology enthusiast
